If you are an Employer, a Defendant or even an insurance carrier you may be on this site merely to learn more about me, anticipating that I will be your adversary in the litigation arena for the next year or so. I trust that this site will help you recognize that I am experienced and smart and personable. You will also find that I am aggressive lawyer.

Over the years, I have represented Employers and I have represented Defendants. In certain circumstances I will represent both Employers and Defendants. For example, I am the labor counsel for a minority-owned corporation that manages over thirty parking facilities throughout California. About one-half of this company's employees are governed by a collective bargaining agreement with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. I therefore am called upon to interpret the National Labor Relations Act, and other federal and state labor laws as well as participating in arbitration and grievance hearings. I also represent several start-ups and an enterprise software company on labor and employment issues.

Having represented Plaintiffs for over twenty-five years, I have a good sense of the kind of case in which a jury would tend to grant a favorable outcome. I can also recognize the weaker parts of a Plaintiff's case. My strategy is to work efficiently and economically on your case.
